The pledge
Half the profit feeds people.
Companies pay us to look important. That is a strange way to make money, so half of what's left after Stripe's fees goes to organisations fighting hunger. Not half of "marketing budget", not half of "eligible profits" — half of the actual money left over, tracked in public.
Gross collected$29.99
After Stripe fees$28.52

How the number is calculated
- A company pays its monthly subscription. That's gross.
- Stripe takes its cut (about 2.9% + 30¢). What's left is net.
- 50% of net is added to the pledge total the moment the invoice settles.
- Transfers go out to the partners below and every one is listed here with a receipt.
Meal estimates use a $0.50-per-meal figure, the rough cost quoted by large food-assistance programmes. It's an estimate for scale, not a guarantee of exactly how a partner spends a given dollar.
Transfer ledger
No donations sent yet. The first transfer happens once the pledge total clears the first payout — every one of them will be listed here with a receipt.
